EDITOR’S NOTE: Some of you may have noticed that there is now a “Forum” tab at the top of this blog. Since Joe began his “Staycation,” there has been more activity on the “Ask Joe” page. I began to wonder if it would be helpful if you readers could talk to EACH OTHER.
